Life is filled with surprises, but…

One thing is guaranteed, and that’s change. If we’re not comfortable with change – if we try to run or hide from it – that avoidance puts us on a stagnant and dissatisfying path.

And that’s when other feelings creep in: fear, grief, depression, despair, and powerlessness, to name a few.

And when we become consumed with those feelings, other low-energy forces of resistance enter our minds and bodies: jealousy, blame, worry, doubt, and disappointment, for example.
